3 結(jié) 論
(1)采用SBR法處理垃圾滲濾液,剩余COD濃度維持在450mg/L左右,去除率接近80%;剩余氨氮濃度5mg/L,去除率高達(dá)96%,反應(yīng)出水水質(zhì)透明,效果穩(wěn)定。
(2)反應(yīng)過(guò)程中COD、NH3-N與DO、pH值均呈對(duì)應(yīng)變化,其中DO和pH出現(xiàn)了2次跳躍:有機(jī)物大部分去除結(jié)束時(shí)DO第一次躍升,在硝化反應(yīng)結(jié)束時(shí),DO出現(xiàn)第二次跳躍,并緩慢維持恒定;同時(shí),在有機(jī)物去除過(guò)程中pH呈現(xiàn)大幅上升的現(xiàn)象,當(dāng)有機(jī)物大部分去除結(jié)束時(shí)pH停止上升,隨著硝化反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行pH不斷下降直至反應(yīng)結(jié)束,然后pH突然快速上升或維持不變。DO和pH值的這一變化特點(diǎn)可以間接指示有機(jī)物降解的程度。
(3)不同進(jìn)水有機(jī)物濃度試驗(yàn)也驗(yàn)證了DO、pH特征點(diǎn)的重現(xiàn)性,同樣可作為SBR法去除有機(jī)物、硝化和反硝化進(jìn)程的模糊控制參數(shù)。這對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn) SBR 工藝的在線控制、保證出水水質(zhì)和節(jié)約能耗具有重要意義。

Law of Changes in DO and pH During Process of the
Landfill Leachate Treatment by SBR

Abstract: In the use of SBR process for the treatment of landfill leachate , the removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen approached 80% and 96%, ammonia nitrogen remains was only about 5mg/L , the effluent was clarity and stability. Variation patterns of COD、NH3-N、DO、pH value during the removal of organic matters, nitrification and denitrification were studied. The results showed DO and pH value appeared characteristic changes, which could indicate the degree of organic matters decomposition indirectly. Different organic shock loading experiments successfully proved the characteristic points of DO and pH were reappeared well, which had important significance in the facet of control online of SBR process, assuring the effluent quality and reducing energy consumption.
