7 結(jié)論
綜上所述,導(dǎo)流曝氣生物過(guò)濾技術(shù)在國(guó)內(nèi)外20多年的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展中日趨成熟,實(shí)踐證明在污水的二級(jí)或三級(jí)處理中采用是較為適宜的。問(wèn)題是在該技術(shù)的應(yīng)用中如何提高容積負(fù)荷(kgBOD5/m3·d),降低水力停留時(shí)間(h),縮小反應(yīng)器體積,減少占地面積,節(jié)省項(xiàng)目投資,降低運(yùn)行費(fèi)用,而又要保證出水達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。使該技術(shù)在污水處理中的應(yīng)用更為合理并具有強(qiáng)勁的生命力。貴州長(zhǎng)城環(huán)保科技有限公司新研制成功的“導(dǎo)流曝氣生物濾池”是一種高負(fù)荷、淹沒(méi)式、固定化生物膜三相導(dǎo)流反應(yīng)器清污分流技術(shù),其主要技術(shù)關(guān)鍵是提供一種導(dǎo)流曝氣生物過(guò)濾池,將生物氧化、生物過(guò)濾和沉降回流結(jié)合在一起,通過(guò)反沖洗雨生實(shí)現(xiàn)濾池的周期性運(yùn)行,在污水的二級(jí)或三級(jí)處理中,充分地顯示出其處理負(fù)荷高、占地面積少、基建投資低、運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低等優(yōu)越性,且出水水質(zhì)達(dá)到或優(yōu)于國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)現(xiàn)中水回用。充分體現(xiàn)出其污水處理工程具有創(chuàng)新性、技術(shù)水平具有前瞻性、工程應(yīng)用具有可靠性、地域應(yīng)用具有代表性、實(shí)際操作具有穩(wěn)定性、工程建設(shè)與運(yùn)行具有經(jīng)濟(jì)性,這對(duì)污水處理部門而言,無(wú)疑是一種尚佳的選擇。

Abstract: The conduction current biofilter is filters the principle according to the conduction current biology, uses one kind of sewage treatment filter tank which the certain craft and the flow manufacture becomes, this filter tank technology has attained the national monopoly (the patent number: ZL200420033672.4). The filtertank structure is the two conduction current type, for the biological contact, and filters the area for the biology. The filter tank technical key is the biological oxidation, the biology filters with the subsidence backflow unifies in together, through counter- flushing regeneration realization filter tank periodicity movement. In the sewage two levels of or in three level of processing practical applications, fully demonstrated its processing effect good, shoulders, the area high few, the initial cost low, the operating costare few and so on the merit, its water leakage water quality achievedor surpasses the national standard, in the realization the water sales commission.
